1. I.T. Officer (Scale-I)
a) 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in CS/ Computer Applications/ IT/ Electronics/ E & T/ E&C/ Electronics & Instrumentation
OR
b) PG Degree in Electronics/ E&T/ E&C/ E&I/ CS/ IT/ Computer Applications
OR
Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ level pass.
2. Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I):
4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/AH/ VS/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/ FS/ Pisciculture/ AMC/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry etc. relevant subject (mentioned in notification).
3. Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I):
PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level
OR
PG degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at degree level.
4. Law Officer (Scale I)
LLB and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
5. HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I)
PG degree or Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/HRD/ SW /Labour Law.
6. Marketing Officer (Scale I)
Graduate and Full time MMS (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / Full time 2 years PGDBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing.
