IBPS had released SO Main Exam Score card. Earlier IBPS conducted Preliminary examination on 26 December 2021 and Main exam on 24 January 2022.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection had invited online applications for Specialist officers. To be eligible for applications, graduation from a recognized university is needed. Candidates can apply for this exam at official website i.e. www.ibps.in. Thousands of candidates applied and appeared for SO pre exam which was held on 26 December 2021. Now Pre qualified candidates have to appear for Mains to be held on 30 January 2022. 1. They need to visit the direct link given below. It will take them to official IBPS SO Pre Result page.
2. On that page, enter their registration number and password/DOB and click submit.
After doing the above steps, your IBPS Specialist Officer Result 2022 will be displayed by the official website. Candidates can check their result / qualifying status after logging, They should save a soft copy as well as hard copy for future use.
You need to remember either your registration number or roll number to check the results. After the declaration of results/Scorecard, the inst. will take the second phase of the recruitment. It consists of Personal Interview. Those candidates who qualifies in both of these phases as well as clear the cut-off, will be chosen as Specialist officers in the bank as per their preference in application form.
Those candidates, who are able to score higher marks will be having added advantage with them. The next round after the declaration of preliminary exam results is main. Those qualifying Pre, Main and Interview, will be selected as bank Specialist officer.
This exam consists of basically 2 stages i.e. 1. Objective test. 2. Interview. Final selection will be done by converting the marks obtained in above test. Qualifying the objective test is the first step to success. Those aspirants who qualify written exam will qualify for second round which is personal interview.
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will be declaring their Specialist officer result on their website around the above given date. Candidates will be able to find their obtained scores once the results are declared. IBPS will also declare score card / marks secured by the candidates within a week from results.
Along with the IBPS SO Result, sectional as well as overall c.o. scores will also be declared. It is necessary to qualify in each section. Also it is important to note that candidate not only need to clear c.o. of each section but also overall c.o. And more than that, candidate’s marks should be enough to be shortlisted for interview/ GD.
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is the institutional body which was founded in 1975 as Personnel Selection Service and became and independent entity in 1984. It conducts recruitment exams for most of the banks on India on their behalf. IBPS SO exam is among the popular exams in India. Those who got selected after declaration of IBPS SO result, gets posted in that bank they applied. Clearing this test is a tough task to do as competition in it is very tough. Due to large number of aspirants appearing every year, this test get more competitive.
As far as the number of banks participating in IBPS SO recruitment exam, there are 22+ banks which are going to recruit eligible candidates for SO posts. There are various banks located in every state.
The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The weightage (ratio) of Online CWE (exam) and interview will be 80:20. The combined final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of total scores obtained by the candidates in CWE (SPL-X) and Interview.
