Total No. of Posts: 346
Age limit as on 01 August 2023: Minimum age depends on the post i.e. 20/21/22. Maximum age is 37 years for General Male, 40 years for General Female, OBC/EBC Male & Female and 42 years for SC/ST.
Educational qualification of candidate should be graduate or equivalent level.
For Police posts, there is some physical requirements as follows.
Male Height: 5 Feet 5 inch, Chest: minimum 32 inch without expansion. In case of non availability of suitable SC/ST candidates, the minimum requirement is 5 feet 3 inch and chest 31 inch without expansion.
Female height: 5 feet 2 inch
Application fee:
- General / OBC & Other state candidates : Rs. 600.
- Female, SC/ST & PH candidates of Bihar : Rs. 150
The CCE Pre written test will be of objective type having 150 questions from General Studies. The examination duration will be of 2 hours.The test is to be held for a total of 346 posts which includes various officer posts of Level 7 to 9. Graduate or equivalent candidates can apply for this advt.
