UPSC CAPF AC Notification 2022 Online form

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had issued a examination notice no. 09/2022-CPF notification for the recruitment of 253 Assistant Commandant (AC) posts on 20 April 2022. UPSC will conduct written exam for recruitment of Assistant Commandant (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). Those candidates who are interested in this advertisement and are eligible as per eligibility may apply from 20-04-2022 to 10-05-2022 up to 06:00 pm on the UPSC website upsc.gov.in. Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Those candidates who want to apply for UPSC CAPF AC posts should have age between 20-25 years as on 01-08-2022 means the candidate must be born not earlier than 2nd August, 1997 and not later
than 1st August, 2002.

Age limit is relaxable for OBC/ SC/ ST/ Central Govt. servants. Upper age limit is relaxable for 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ ST & Civilian Central Government Servants.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a Bachelor degree holder of a recognized university.

Selection Process of UPSC AC Recruitment 2022: The process of selection includes written test (2 papers), physical efficiency test (PET) and interview/personality test. The candidates whose performance is as per the qualifying criteria (cut off) will be selected.

Application Fee: Interested and eligible candidates of General / OBC Male have to Pay application fee of Rs. 200/- through Online payment or Offline Payment mode. The fee has to be paid only by General/OBC candidates. There is No Fee for SC/ ST/ Female candidates.
