HPTET Notification 2021 Exam Date Online form

Himachal Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education. Candidates need to qualify this test to be eligible for teacher posts in HP Govt. schools / aided Schools. Recently HPBOSE has released notification for HPTET June 2021 on its website hpbose.org. HPTET 2021 Shall be conducted for following teaching categories:

(i) TGT(Arts)

(ii) TGT(NM)

(iii) TGT(Medical)

(iv) Shastri

(v) Language Teacher

(vi)
JBT

(vii) Punjabi

(viii) Urdu.

HPTET 2021 exam is to be held on 04, 10, 11 and 18 July 2021.

• J.B.T.  TET and Shastri TET: 04-07-2021
• TGT(Non Medical) TET and Language Teacher TET: 10-07-2021
• TGT (Arts) TET and TGT (Medical): TET 11-07-2021
• Punjabi TET and Urdu  TET: 18-07-2021

Online form can be submitted through HPBOSE website hpbose.org. During the process of Editing in application form, candidates can change details like TET Subject, Candidate name, Father name, Mother Name, date of birth (DOB), Candidate
Photo and Signature, Contact Number, Email Id, Gender, Eligibility, Nationality, Correspondence
Address, Permanent Address, area Pin-code, District, Choice of Examination Center Subdivision. Online form correction can be done online from 19-06-2021
(Saturday) to 21-06-2021(Monday) Till (11:59 Pm) only.

Before going to submit form, first check all details given in prospectus pdf given at above link. To fill Online form, visit the above form link and click on accept terms and conditions and click on register on that page. After you have to go through three steps for registering application.

In this step, select your subject for which you want to appear for HPTET. Then enter your Name of the Candidate, Father’s/Mother’s Name etc. as given Matriculation certificate. Then enter / select date of birth as in 10th certificate. Enter your contact number, email id, Category, sub categoryGender, Appearing status, Nationality, Address. Select Bonafide Himachali option yes/no and select appropriate District/Revenue Sub Division to which belongs. The select appropriate Preference regarding Exam Centre District & Sub Division.

Before uploading photograph, please note that the photograph scan should be in jpg format and its size must be less than 20 kb. Image Dimension should be 3.5 cm(width) x 4.5 cm(Height) only. For Signature uploading, candidate should scan signature in jpg format. Signature image size image must be less than 15 kb. Image Dimension should be 3.5 cm(length) x 1.5 cm(Height) only.

Before submitting final online form, candidates are advised to check their particulars entered in the form correctly. Candidates have to tick mark the declaration in the online form before final submission. After this, candidates can take confirmation page printout for record and keep it for
their reference.

TGT (Arts): B.A./B.Com. with B.Ed. or B.El.Ed. or B.Ed. (Special
Education).

TGT (Non-Medical): B.Sc.(NM) with B.Ed. or B.El.Ed. or  B.Sc.(NM)Ed. or B.Ed. (Special
Education).

TGT(Medical): B.Sc.(Medical) with B.Ed. or B.El.Ed. or  B.Sc.(Medical)Ed. or B.Ed. (Special
Education).

Shastri: Shastri with at least 50% marks

Language Teacher: B.A. or M.A. with Hindi with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. Special Education

OR Prabhakar (Honours in Hindi) with English and
one additional subject) with B.A. & B.Ed.

Junior Basic Training (JBT): 12th / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with JBT certificate course or D.El.Ed. or B.El.Ed. or D.El.Ed. Special Education or Graduation with D.El.Ed.

Punjabi Language Teacher: B.A. with D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. or B.Ed. Special Education or M.A. with B.Ed. OR Giani Followed by B.A. and B.Ed. Examination.

Urdu Language Teacher: B.A. with Urdu and D.El.Ed. OR B.A. with B.Ed. or B.Ed. Special Education or B.T. followed by B.A. with B.Ed. OR M.A. Urdu with B.Ed.

Candidates must check educational details given in notification before applying online.

Note: SC/ST/OBC/PHH categories candidates are given 5% relaxation in minimum educational qualification and also in minimum
qualifying marks for TET.
