Eligibility Criteria of UP Police Constable Vacancy 2023-24 (Direct recruitment)
Age limit:
Unreserved Male Candidate’s age should be between 18-22 years as on 01 July 2023. Candidate should be born not earlier than 02 July 2001 and not later than 01 July 2005.
Unreserved Female Candidate’s age should be between 18-25 years as on 01 July 2023. Candidate should be born not earlier than 02 July 1998 and not later than 01 July 2005.
Upper Age Relaxation will be application for Uttar Pradesh Reserved categories as per Govt. Rules.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidate should be 10th and 12th Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized board in India as on last date of submitting application. Candidate should have certificate of having passed these exams before going to apply. Appeared or appearing candidates of 12th class are not eligible to submit form.

- General / OBC / SC category: 79 cm without expansion and minimum 84 cm with expansion.

Pay Scale:
Appointed candidates will be given salary as per Pay Scale Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay 2000 Pay Matrix 21700.

Selection Process:
The recruitment process consists of following stages of selection.
- Written Exam
- PET PST and Document verification
Written test will be of objective type having 150 questions of 2 marks each. Total exam will be of 300 marks and 2 hours duration. Negative marking of 0.5 mark for each wrong answer will be done.
