Haryana Staff Selection Commission had released common scrutiny form of Advt 12/2019 various category no. 03, 09, 10, 11, 13, 17, 19, 21, 23, 24, 26, 96 etc. for the candidates who has qualified written exam. Earlier HSSC declared the result of ITI Instructor recruitment advt 12/2019 for various categories. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Document verification / scrutiny of documents. Those candidates who has been shortlisted for scrutiny of documents, can submit their form using the their Login ID and Password at direct link below.
Written test qualified Candidates can submit scrutiny form using the their Login ID and Password. Those candidates who has applied for Advt 12/2019 cat. no. 03,09,10,11,12,13,17,19,21,23,24,26 and 96 and qualified the written exam, have to fill this online scrutiny form.
Details and documents required in Online Scrutiny form:
- Upload Page 1 and Page 2 of Application form of Advt 12/2019
- Enter details and upload documents of of Domicile, Category, Educational Qualification, Experience certificates etc.
- Enter details of Socio-economic criteria and experience, upload photo and signature and submit the form
Candidates need to fill online scrutiny form for which link is available at HSSC website.
Candidates need to bring following documents at the time of DV / Scrutiny.
1. Filled Online Scrutiny form of HSSC ITI Instructor
2. Copy of Application form downloaded
3. All Original Mark sheets
4. Set of self attested copy of all documents mentioned in application form
5. One Identity proof
6. Domicile certificate
7. Category certificate(s) for reserved
8. Socio-economic criteria certificate / affidavit if applicable
