Scrutiny forms are to be filled in the format available in pdf at link below from shortlisted candidates of Clerk Revised result declared on 17 May 2022.
Previous updates:
Clerk Result was declared on 18 December 2019. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Document verification / scrutiny of documents which is to be done from 07 to 20 January 2020 at Tau Devilal Stadium Panchkula (Haryana).
The DV schedule / date had been declared roll number wise. Scrutiny will be held for a total of 13 days starting from 07 January 2020.

Clerk (05/2019) ESP Category list for Scrutiny of Documents is released now. DV is to be held from 09.09.2020 to 11.09.2020.

Before coming for scrutiny of docs, candidates need to fill online scrutiny form to be available at HSSC website. Some basic details are required to be filled in this application form. Candidates need to bring following documents at the time of DV / Scrutiny.
1. Filled Online Scrutiny form of HSSC Clerk
2. Copy of Application form downloaded
3. All Original Mark sheets
4. Set of self attested copy of all documents mentioned in application form
5. One Identity proof
6. Domicile certificate
7. Category certificate(s) for reserved
8. Socio-economic criteria certificate / affidavit
If any candidate does not appear for DV, then no other chance will be given. They have to report for DV at 9:00 am at the venue. Earlier Clerk written exam was held on 21.09.2019, 22.09.2019 and 23.09.2019 in a total of 5 shifts. Total 17506 candidates have been called to appear for Scrutiny of documents. Each candidate can check their DV date by downloading schedule from below link. Also they have to bring the printout of online HSSC Clerk scrutiny form at the stadium. 3 candidates result will be declared later.Important links:
