Rajasthan SDM Salary 2024 Pay Scale benefits
One of the main posts of RAS is SDM. Those candidates who placed in higher rank in merit gets this position in the State Administrative Service. An RAS officer posted as Assistant Collector and Executive Magistrate during training. After training, they got posted as SDM (Sub Divisional Megistrate).
The pay scale of SDM is 15600-39100 with GP 5400. This amounts to salary between Rs. 87000-92500 (Approx.). The post involves responsibility, handling problems & complaints and decision making.
They can be posted in the field area or secretariat. Also SDM is given 1-2 promotion in his service. The first promotion is around 8-9 years of service. Along with better salary, SDM also gets following benefits:
