Haryana Government has increased basic pay of Patwari posts from Rs. 25500 to Rs. 32100 i.e. an increase of Rs. 6600. This increase has been mentioned in New Revised Pay Matrix of Haryana under Pay Scale Level 5A (Rs. 32100-102000).

A newly recruited patwari will have to undergo minimum 1 year training at patwar school and qualify the exam. Thereafter they have to undergo field training of 6 months.
HSSC Patwari Promotions:
  • After at least 5 years of experience as regular, a patwari will become eligible for the post of Tehsil Office Patwari.
  • Then after another 5 years, they become eligible for Sadar Patwari which requires 10 years experience as regular patwari.
The current dearness allowance given to Haryana Govt Employees is at the rate of 46% of basic pay. This allowances gets revision every six months depending on inflation rate and other factors.
