Haryana Government has launched One Time Registration (OTR) Portal for Common Entrance Test (CET) for Group C & D Posts of Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC). Online form for Haryana CET Group C 2023 main exam can be filled through direct link below.
Haryana Government will organize Main Written examination separately for Group C posts as CET for these posts had already been conducted. OTR portal deals with Group C and D posts in Haryana. Candidates have to just register at this OTR portal for future jobs recruitment by HSSC.

HSSC has started registration for 31902 Group C Posts Main exam (Advt 03/2023). Eligible candidates can fill online forms up to 05 May 2023.
HSSC has invited online applications for direct recruitment of Group-C posts in various Departments/Boards/Corporations/Commissions etc. Post Preferences:
Candidates need to fill Detailed options for various said posts/Departments through online form. Only after filling preferences, A candidate will be considered for a post/Department, if he/she has given his/ her preference for the same. Options once filled / confirmed at the time of form submission will be treated as final and not-changable. Therefore, candidates should fill choice options carefully.

HSSC Group C Posts Increase notice:
Group D posts will be filled through Merit in Group D CET Exam while Group C posts will be filled through Group C CET Exam and Mains written test. There is only one written test for appointment to group d Posts under this system. But for Group C posts (Clerk, Junior Engineer, Constable etc.) there will be one more written exam where only four times the vacancies, CET Qualified candidates will be called to appear.
How to fill Haryana CET Group C Mains Online form 2023
Candidates have to visit online form direct link above. It will take them directly to One Time Registration Portal where they have to login using their registration ID of CET and date of birth.
Then they have to fill/ confirm their details like posts to apply, Parivar Pahchan Patra (Family ID) number (Aadhar number if PPP not available), name, father name etc. personal details, documents of educational qualifications, reservation, Domicile etc..
Documents required for CET Form Submission:
Along with a valid Mobile Number, Candidates need to have following documents:
- Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) (Family ID) and Aadhar Number,
- Educational qualification documents (10th/12th or higher qualification)
- Reservation certificate
- Domicile certificate.
- Photo and Signature
If a candidate is Haryana Domicile but not registered for Family ID, then they have to apply for it. Haryana Residents have to register for PPP, then only they can register on OTR Portal for Haryana CET. Non-Domicile candidates can also register in OTR Portal.
If a candidate is wishing to apply for Future Group C or D posts of Haryana Government Departments, then they need to fill this Haryana CET Online form 2022. Written exam will be held separately for Group C or D Posts.
Haryana CET Exam will have Objective questions. Group D Candidates will be selected based on the outcome of this CET exam. Group C candidates can become eligible for one more exam on the basis of merit in CET.
CET Certificate Validity: 3 years

Online forms can be filled up to 10 July 2022. Candidates need not update photo or no job certificate.

20.05.2022:
Candidates who had applied against these advertisement (which have been withdrawn (5321 posts & 978 Group-D posts in 4/2019) can now register themselves for Haryana CET (Common Eligibility Test). Age relaxation is given to these candidates. They can now register themselves for CET (Common Eligibility Test) through one time registration (OTR) from 01.05.2022 to 31.05.2022 and the closing date for deposit of fee will be 06.06.2022.
