As mentioned in HSSC advertisement 15/2019, the Pay scale of MPHW posts is Functional Pay Scale (FPL) Level 6 (Six). This corresponds to Pay Scale of Rs. 35400-112400. According to this pay scale, the starting basic pay is Rs. 35400 per month. Candidate is given 3% increment every year on regular service. The last basic pay on this MPHW post is Rs. 142400 per month.
Total salary = Basic Pay+ DA+HRA+TA+ NA+ WUA+ MA+ other allowances.
Salary Structure of MPHW in Haryana:
Pay Scale: FPL-6 Rs. 35400-112400
Starting Total Salary of MPHW after addition of all allowances: Approx. 55000-58000 per month
Deductions: NPS (10% of basic pay) + other taxes etc. i.e. approx. 5000
Net Cash in Hand Salary (Starting): Rs. 50000-53000 per month
Allowances Rates:
HRA is 8% and 16% of basic pay in Haryana which 16% is for Panchkula, Chandigarh, Faridabad and Gurugram. HRA is 8% for rest of the districts.
Dearness Allowance (DA) is currently 42% of basic pay effective from January 2023. It gets revised every six months.
