Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will be filling Gram Pradhan Sachiv posts through Group C CET Exam. Selection of candidates is to be done main exam of 100 marks out of which 97.5 marks are assigned to written exam and 2.5 marks are of socio-economic criteria and experience. After final selection, candidates are to be given posting in Haryana Govt Department(s).
Haryana Gram Sachiv Salary 2024 @42% DA with Pay Scale
When a new candidate join a Haryana Government department as Gram Pradhan Sachiv, he / she is given salary as per revised Pay scale of Level 4 Rs. 25500-81100 equivalent to Rs. 5200-20200 Grade pay 2400. According to this scale, the starting basic pay is Rs. 25500.
Haryana Gram Sachiv Salary Structure of new appointments:
- Total Starting Salary per month: Rs. 38000-42500
- Deductions: 10% for National Pension Scheme (NPS) i.e. Around Rs. 3800
- Cash in Hand Salary of Gram Sachiv in Haryana: Rs. 34200-38700.
Various allowances are calculated on the basis of this basic pay which gets revised every year and keeps on increasing till it reaches Rs. 81100 (provided the candidate stay on the same post). However after some years of experience, candidate is given promotion to higher post as per their qualifications or department requirement.
Only Graduate candidates can apply for these posts. The starting total salary as per this pay scale is around Rs. 31000-32500. Total salary comes after addition of various allowances to basic pay i.e. DA, HRA, CCA, TA etc.
Rate of Allowances:
- Current Dearness Allowance: 42% of basic pay applicable from January 2023
- HRA: 16% for Y category city (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Gurugram, Faridabad) subjected to minimum Rs. 3600, 8% for Z category cities (other than above mentioned cities) subjected to minimum Rs. 1800.
