MP Police Constable Salary 2024 (@42% DA) Pay Scale

Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) Fills Constable posts in MP Police through recruitment exam. Candidates have to be 10th/12th class or equivalent pass for Constable GD posts to fill these forms. Also there are physical requirements for Constable posts. Selection consists of Objective Type written exam and physical test.

After Selection on this Constable (Aarakshak) post, A new candidate gets placed in Pay Scale of Rs. 19500-62000. The Starting basic pay is Rs. 19500 per month and last basic pay on this post is Rs. 62000.

The approximate salary on the basis of this pay scale after stipend is around Rs. 31500-34500. This depends on allowances given by the department. The allowances can increase / decrease salary. Also Salary depends on place of posting. Deductions includes National Pension Scheme which is 10 percent of basic pay.

Starting Total Salary : Around Rs. 31500-34500 per month depending on area of posting and allowances.

Deductions: Around Rs. 2800 (NPS @ 10% of basic pay+DA).

Cash in Hand Salary: Rs. 28700-31700 per month.

Promotions:

Promotions Depends on qualifications and Experience of the candidate. Constable first gets promoted to the post of Head Constable after few years of Satisfactory service and qualifications for the post.

• ASI: Rs. 5200-20200 Grade pay Rs. 2400
